What Is Included with Consulting Hours?
Assist in advertising and branding strategies for your organization.
In-house consultation: design, advertising, marketing services.
Print Coordination (print consultation fee waived if printing through bigA Designs & Printing).
- Assist with media buying and placement.
In-house consultation: design, advertising, marketing services.
Print Coordination (print consultation fee waived if printing through bigA Designs & Printing).
- Help establish a relationship with your local print house.
- Transfer files and information to them.
- Work with print house through all preflight, size requirements and resolution requirements.
- Consult with staff and discuss ideas and direction for an effective campaign, design and/or outreach.

Contract Length Options
3 Month Agreement
6 Month Agreement
12 Month Agreement
Any unused hours will be rolled over to the next month, as long as it is still within the contract time.
Once your contract runs out, your remaining rollover hours will be handled as follows:
If you sign a new contract before expiration or within 30 days of expiration of previous contract, then 100% of your rollover hours remain valid.
If no new contract is signed, then all rollover hours are forfeited.
6 Month Agreement
- 10% additional hours free.
- 5% off all printing.
12 Month Agreement
- 20% additional hours free.
- 10% off all printing.
